MORE WORK
A selection of projects highlighting my range and capability
CREATING A TRULY PERSONAL HEALTH TRACKER
I led the design of SUM, a discreet health tracker featuring an angled display delivering personal insights like heart rate, sleep, and stress levels. I solved ergonomic challenges, crafted a unique form, and established design principles across physical and digital ecosystems.
EXTREME PERFORMANCE MEETS EXPRESSIVE DESIGN
I led the design of Cadence's Palladium Z1, the first datacenter-class emulation system, transforming airflow challenges into a fractal-inspired façade with 75% airflow while concealing internal components. It pairs performance with a bold aesthetic, redefining enterprise hardware.
PIONEERING A NEW ERA IN EV FAST CHARGING
I led the design of AeroVironment's first Level 3 charger, creating an iconic aesthetic that pioneered EV charging. I developed a unified design language for commercial and residential chargers, advancing EV infrastructure and shaping public perceptions of electric mobility.
BUILDING A MEGAHUB BY NAILING THE BASICS
The client’s site was used to develop a MegaHub in two phases. I led a rapid sprint to define the deployment strategy—first establishing scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure for EV charging and hydrogen fueling, then adding services to enhance the driver experience and deliver lasting value.
TRANSFORMING AN AMERICAN ICON
Weber faced stalled innovation and rising competition. I led the design effort, creating Weber’s first Experiential Brand Language (XBL) and redefining the gas grill portfolio by turning unmet consumer needs into design delighters and creating experiences that truly resonate.
ACCELERATING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN A NEW CATEGORY
Guided the client’s entry into a new category—wide-format printing—resulting in a billion-dollar business within 18 months. Led a 7-week innovation sprint in Japan with the CEO to define the North Star vision, key features, system architecture, and an Experiential Brand Language (XBL) for the portfolio.
GREEN FOOTWEAR PACKAGING THAT SAVES MONEY
Faced with 300 shoebox sizes and high costs, I led packaging streamlining for a footwear manufacturer. By right-sizing boxes, reducing materials, and optimizing design, we cut packaging costs by ~15%, freight by ~5%, and carbon emissions by ~13%, ensuring seamless multi-brand adoption.
TURNING WHITESPACE IDEAS INTO MARKETS
I led the design team for Black and Decker's entry into the $3B quick-cleaning market, leveraging their cordless battery technology to create kitchen-counter-worthy products and a new design language. We launched 3 products in a year and delivered a product roadmap for future innovation.
DEFINING THE HOME PC
At LUNAR, I spent over a decade designing and leading a team that helped HP stand out in the crowded home PC market. The result was a cohesive design language rooted in HP’s DNA—making technology feel more human, approachable, and desirable. The work earned multiple international awards, including iF Hannover, IDSA, Red Dot, and CES Innovation.
